Northside Nutrition and Dietetics runs in-house 'Supermarket Tours' which will teach you how to read food labels, compare products and make the food choices to help you achieve your goals. If you are confused about label reading and what you should be looking for when shopping these sessions are for you!

Our label reading groups are held on a regular basis at Chatswood on either a Monday morning, Thursday evening or Saturday morning. The session runs for 1½ hours and costs only $33 per person. This includes handouts, product samples and refreshments.
