Northside Nutrition and Dietetics runs in-house 'Supermarket Tours' which will teach you how to read food labels, compare products and make the food choices to help you achieve your goals. If you are confused about label reading and what you should be looking for when shopping these sessions are for you!

Held in a small group setting with 6-8 people per group we run these sessions on a regular basis at Chatswood on either Thursday evening or Saturday morning. The session runs for 1.5 hours and costs only $55 per person ($33 for existing NND clients). This includes handouts and product samples.
