Northside Nutrition and Dietetics offer a number of email programs which we run regularly throughout the year. To take part all you need to do is complete your registration form for the program you are interested in.
Acheiving Your Goals: a 10 Week Program to Help you Reach your Target
At Northside Nutrition and Dietetics we realise that many of you have a pretty good idea of what you need to do to change your eating and activity levels. It is putting this into practice that is difficult!
This program is not about good nutrition or exercise as such but will help you with putting what you have learnt during your sessions with us into practice. The information you take from this program will be applicable to all areas of your life but we will be encouraging you to start by using it to help you with your eating and exercise goals.
At NND we have been busy studying everything we can about setting and achieving goals and we have put the best of what we have learnt together with our own experiences into a program tailored to your needs. This is not just more information to read, it is a program where you will get involved in setting and achieving your own specific goals.
How it Works: each Monday you will receive an email containing the information, motivation and direction you need to get you moving towards your goal. You will be encouraged to share your progress with us and will be able to email us at any time if you need help with the program.

Eating for Health: a 10 Week Program to Improve Your Eating Habits
At Northside Nutrition and Dietetics we realise that working out exactly what to eat and putting it into practice can be difficult!
This program is not about specific health problems or conditions but covers basic good nutrition and is relevant to anyone who wants to lose weight, improve thier health, prevent disease or manage an existing health problem such as diabetes, insulin resistance, high cholesterol and raised blood pressure. The program will not only provide you with everything you need to know about healthy eating but will give you some easy tips each week to help you to improve your eating habits in a step-by-step manner over the 10 week course.
If you are confused about what to eat or have been struggling to implement the dietary changes you are aiming for, this course could be just what you need. More than just information to read, it is a program where you will get involved in making small changes each week to lead you towards a healthier diet.

Eating for a Healthy Weight: a 10 Week Program to help achieve and maintain a healthy weight
At Northside Nutrition and Dietetics we realise that losing weight isn't easy!
Our eating for a Healthy Weight program is based on the Australian Healthy Weight Week 10 week challenge (http://www.healthyweightweek.com.au/index.asp?pageID=2145868067) and takes you through 10 weekly steps to help you to make the changes needed to achieve and maintain a healthy weight – this includes areas such as healthy eating, moving more, portion sizes, fitting in treats, alcohol and fluids. The program will not only provide you with everything you need to know to lose weight and keep it off, but will give you some easy tips each week to help you to improve your eating and exercise habits in a step-by-step manner over the 10 week course.
