Northside Nutrition and Dietetics was first established in 1997, providing nutrition advice and education to individuals and groups in Sydney's northern suburbs.

Our Accredited Practising Dietitians, Kate Marsh, Nerimah Twohill Quinn, and Rachel Alexander can assist you with any dietary, nutritional or food-related concerns and are committed to the development of healthy eating habits and the enjoyment of food. Their aim is to provide the education, motivation and support to assist clients in making the dietary and lifestyle changes necessary to achieve their goals.

Kate, Nerimah and Rachel provide nutrition advice and education to Individuals, Groups, Aged Care Facilites and Group Homes as well as running regular in-house 'Supermarket Tours'. Kate can also offer comprehensive Diabetes Education to people with newly-diagnosed diabetes or those who wish to review their diabetes education and management.

While we do not require a referral, we do welcome referrals from all Health Professionals including Medical Practitioners, Physiotherapists, Podiatrists, Speech Pathologists, Psychologists and Exercise Physiologists or Personal Trainers who have patients/clients who would benefit from tailored dietary advice.
